Grasp containers are part of a speculative project that depicts a rejection of the dominant aesthetic model based on uniformity and standardization that our material world has been subjected to during the last century. Grasp is produced through a completely new industrial technique and new tools that enable the creation of unique outcomes through the same serial, automated manufacturing. During this process, a degree of highly controlled freedom is provided to the material, for it to behave in its own natural way and generate unique wrinkles every time, making each piece a matchless object.
