Products purchased through this website are subject to standard shipping times within Spain and adhere to the quality certifications, protocols, and responsibilities upheld by our trusted delivery partners. Order tracking is available via the platforms of any of the courier services we collaborate with.

DELIVERY TIMES

Designs can be delivered throughout Europe. The shipping estimated times are:

Spain
Delivered within approximately 3-4 business days

Rest of Europe
Delivered within approximately 5-6 business days

If you’re outside Europe and would like to purchase a design, please email info@omayramaymo.com stating your location and the product you’re interested in purchasing.

DELIVERY INSPECTION AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders are carefully checked and securely packaged prior to shipment to ensure safe delivery. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the package upon receipt to verify that no damage has occurred during transport. In the event that the package arrives damaged, it is essential to contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To facilitate a replacement, please send an email to info@omayramaymo.com including your order number, photographs of the damaged item, and images of the packaging (including the front, back, and shipping label). This information is necessary to process any claims and arrange for a replacement, if applicable.

RETURN POLICY

Products can be returned within 14 calendar days. Please note that products which have been opened or used cannot be returned, except in cases of evident defects. The 14-day return period begins on the day the order is delivered. The product and its original packaging must be in perfect condition to qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused and packaged in their original, undamaged packaging. Please note that returns may be refused if they do not meet these conditions. Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, including any associated shipping risks and costs. Returns are expected to be minimal due to the measures in place to ensure that all products are delivered accurately and in optimal condition. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@omayramaymo.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will contact you to arrange a refund or, if you prefer, an exchange.

CHANGE OF PRODUCTS

Product exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns. Once the indicated item is received in perfect condition, an exchange will be processed. Any price difference between the original and replacement product must be settled accordingly—either through an additional payment or a partial refund. It is essential that both the product and its original packaging are returned in perfect condition for the exchange to be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, confirmation of the exchange will be provided.
